We realise the emotional importance of the products and services we provide hence at this period of great national difficulty, we are still taking orders and discussions via email, phone and WhatsApp audio and video consultations till the 31st May. Our website has limited items but generally, we have stocks and can supply almost any item of precious diamond and gemstone jewellery you may require.
We will be opening both our stores from the 1st of June and both stores will work on an appointment-only basis till the 24th July. We will try and limit these appointments to one hour as we will be maintaining social distance guidelines with your safety in mind and would not allow more than four sets of customers in the stores at any given time. These appointments can be taken from 15 days up to one hour prior to a visit.
Appointments can be made using our email, phone or WhatsApp services from the 15th May onwards and the Birmingham store will provide appointments from Monday through to Saturday between 10am and 4pm. The London store will provide appointments from Tuesday through to Saturday between 10am and 6pm. This will also include any complimentary repairs, clean and polish, and resizing requirements you may have. Please email us a proof of purchase to obtain this service.
Once an appointment is made we will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a range of items relating to your requirement to be made available for you to view at the appointment. As we have huge stocks of diamonds and jewellery we are well prepared to supply generally all items within a few days.
We will not be able to guarantee same day collection services although we will do our best to provide this to you in the Birmingham store. We will be working with limited staff in the showroom and workshop. If we are unable to provide same day collection, we will send the item back to you via special delivery. There may be a charge for this service for repairs and other services and we will advise you of this at the time of your visit. We are fully insured through our block insurance for this up to the value of each parcel to £50,000 and should anything go wrong with the special delivery service, we will refund the cost of the item to you.
As a responsible business, we request all customers to wear a face covering and gloves on your visit. In case you do not have access to one, we will be providing a complimentary set of face masks and gloves on your visit. This will be available just prior to entering the store and we request you to use this precaution before entering the store to prevent the spread of the virus.
We hope to resume our stores as normal from the 25th July 2020 offering full services to all clients. This will depend on future government guidelines.
